TruRating is a feedback tool that collects customer feedback in stores and online. In order to display the millions of ratings collected daily, they needed a consumer recommendations site.
The site allows for consumers to search any type of business and once they choose a business/brand they land on the business profile pages which has what locations/websites are rated for best service, value for money, products and others, as well as some data analyses that add value to their experience.
These pages needed to have a simple design as they are updated daily with millions of ratings and new data analysis. I opted to use panels as it simplified the editing process when we had the need to hide specific panels or add new info.
The main target is consumers, to help them have more info on brands, locations and websites prior they shop. In addition, it was a great asset to businesses as it allows them to share their ratings and scores, increases their social media and website traffic, it brings them, new customers, from SEO search which ultimately improves their online visibility and their brand awareness.
